HP Indigo PIP Girl

Using HP Indigo consumables scrap I gave life to a new recycling art called the PIP Girl.
This was a project that I already announced with a previous post: "nuovo progetto HP" and it's part of a wider series.
Some weeks ago I presented my HP Indigo World Map also created with the same materials (PIPs and Blankets, mainly).
This time this is an art work realized for the Sylvain Faligand, vice president of HP
Let's see what there's next...

VDP world on fire

Playing a bit with the VDP options of HP Indigo SmartStream Designer, using the HP Mosaic feature to create maps always different with never ending combinations.
It would be nice to cover an entire wall with them

Ecco cosa ho realizzato oggi:

Massimo Pietrobon HP Magnets

Another graphic project in cooperation with HP:
These are official magnets printed with the HP Indigo technology and all of them are made with my works of art.
There are a lot of illustrations, drawings, paintings and pyrographic works. These ones you can see are only a part of them.

LABEL EXPO - BRUSSELS

Hola!

That's one small step for mankind, but one giant leap for a man!

the recycled giants

Me and my Giants, in HP Graphic Academy, Barcelona.
These giants are made by industrial materials that HP indigo printing machines are producing every day as disposal waste of the printing production. In order to implement the reuse and recycling of these parts HP wanted to create an art work that could convey the  idea that trash can come to life and beauty if recycled. Here you have one good picture that helps to understand the real proportions of this creative work.

the HP recycled giants

Finally my recycling art work is in place!
The recycled giants of HP graphic academy are now on their wall!
This work is a 5 meters high recycling art that uses all the materials that day by day are used in the printing industry of the HP Indigo technology. Putting together all the cleaning pages, blankets, screws, PIPs, electronic boards, cables, capsules, encoders, wires, tapes, blades, etc... the 3 giants came to life!

The oficial photos are still to be taken, but I cannot wait to share with you my happiness that they finally found their place.
This art was a quite long process and I had to face the problem to manage several different materials sometimes difficult to thrill, sometimes hard to stick together, sometimes too delicate, sometimes almost impossible to cut, sometimes complicate to take the form that I liked...
But the giants are now there, visible in the international training center of the EMEA region for HP, and that's a prestigious place for my new recycled friends!

The main concept of the work was "recycling"!
All the materials that are thrown away constantly during the industrial production can be reused and can take life again!
And that is the message that the giants want to tell you.

Soon I will post the oficial pictures and presentation, but for the moment you can have an idea with this brief presentation.
I hope you like.
